For this review we used news1.meganetnews.com news2.meganetnews.com. Meganetnews offers a number of different servers which helps with overall completion if using a program such as Newsbin Pro.
Binary completion on a single server varies slighly but is around 85%. If you used Newsbin and multiple servers you would see a higher completion rate. Binary retention has dropped since our last review and is around four days. Speeds are excellent and were averaging around 500Kbps on a single thread.
Meganetnews lost points due to retention and completion. Their overall score is 85%. This score would be higher if we rated multiple servers as one.
