Newsfeeds provides an excellent Usenet service. They use multiple servers that specialize in different types of newsgroups like images, mp3s, programs, and multimedia (movies). With each type of newsgroup getting it’s own server, this creates the potential for incredibly long retention and high speed. And when used in conjunction with a good multi-server capable newsreader like Newspro or Newsbin, Newsfeeds’ Usenet service is totally awesome.
Newsfeeds’ multiple server setup might be a little confusing to the old-school Agent user who is accustomed to just one server – I know because I was that guy. But Newsfeeds really hits a grand slam with their multiple servers. Once I took the time to get settled in with Newsbin Pro and my new Newsfeeds premium plus account, I found that my speeds had more than doubled, the file retention was awesome, and the completion perfect.
The Bottom Line
Newsfeeds and the service they provide blow me away. I defiantly recommend Newsfeeds as a Usenet provider.
