It looks like Skyweb finally got half serious about their usenet and went to outsourcing. Their text groups are excellent for retention and singlepart binary groups are good as well. Multipart binary groups are still non existant.
Completion on singlepart binaries was an impressive 99%, and retention is over 50 days. Text retention is almost a year.
Difficult to give a score for as they do not offer multipart binaries but do offer single part binaries. Skyweb will lose points for no multipart binary retention/completion but make up for it everywhere else.
